Handytankers
(Handysize 25-40.000 tdw) Since 2001, d'Amico Tankers has been a partner of the Handytankers Pool, together with A.P. Moller-Maersk, Seaarland Shipping Management and Motia Compagnia di Navigazione S.p.A. This is currently the largest handysize product tanker pool in the world, operating about 88 x Handysize vessels. This pool includes the seven handysize product tankers of d'Amico Tankers fleet and the ten chartered in handysize product tankers in which d'Amico Tankers has a partial interest.

GLENDA International Management
(MR size 40-60.000 tdw) In 2005, d'Amico Tankers and Glencore/S.T.Shipping initiated the establishment of GLENDA International Management Limited. Where Glencore is the Commercial Manager and d'Amico Tankers retains Operations and the Administration function. GLENDA International Management Limited operate, as of May 1st 2008, 24 x MR vessels, including the twelve MR Product Tankers of d'Amico Tankers fleet.
According to GLENDA International expansion plans, we have secured contracts to increase the operated fleet in 2008-2009 with additional chartered in tonnage, which includes the d'Amico Tankers contracts for chartering in of five additional MR new buildings and, through our joint venture GLENDA International Shipping Limited we hold a 50% interest in ten additional MR new buildings due for delivery 2009-2011.

HIGH POOL Tankers
(MR size 40-60.000 tdw - focus on Japanese built vessels) In 2003, d'Amico Tankers established High Pool Tankers Limited with Nissho Shipping Co. Limited (Japan), in 2006 Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan) became an associated member via the establishment of the joint venture company d'Amico-Mitsubishi Shipping Limited. This pool operate seven MR product tankers, including six of d'Amico Tankers MRs as of May 1st 2008, with further entries scheduled, in particular 4 Japanese built new buildings for delivery 2009 by existing Pool partners. Under the pool arrangements d'Amico Tankers is exclusively responsible for the pool's commercial management, in particular chartering, vessel operations and administration.
